The Process is the third in a series of three workbooks based on the book Freedom To Change. The Process helps you understand that staying on your True Path in life is just that—a process. Since there is a strong tendency to follow the path of least resistance, staying true to your Higher Self requires you to be diligent and focused. Freedom To Change introduces you to a special type of mentoring called Self-Coaching, in which you are encouraged to become your own coach and evaluate your behavior, goals, and aspirations based on the concept of your Higher Self. This workbook is about getting a clear image of your True Path in life as well as who you want to be—your Higher Self. If you have completed the first two workbooks in this series, both of these concepts will be pretty clear to you. The Process encourages you to make informed choices by eliminating some options and narrowing down your focus to what is truly important to you. It helps you identify what your real passions are, gives guidelines for making some decisions, helps you understand the role of fantasies, and raises awareness about your use of time. In addition, a series of exercises provide a self-evaluation of several key character traits: Responsibility; Education; Enlightenment; Diligence; Decency; Obligations; Observation; Optimism; Motivation; Two Selves; Commitment; Honesty; Authenticity; Nobleness; Genuineness; and Epiphany. All are important traits of your Higher Self, and staying true to your aspirations is a process. The Process contains 30 exercises with space provided for journaling between each exercise designed to help guide you, day by day, toward a better and more meaningful life. It can be used as a continuation of the previous workbooks in this series, or on its own.
